I've been prescribed Desoximetasone 0.25% Cream to treat my eczema and psoriasis. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this cream? Has it helped with your skin conditions? Also, what side effects have you experienced? The list of potential side effects looks daunting! I'm anxious to start using it but want to make sure I'm prepared for any issues.

It's tough to find a balance with this stuff. I had some weight gain and moon face symptoms, but since I've cut down on the amount I use, it's been better. Always consult your doctor if you notice any major changes.

My doctor warned me about the potential for high blood sugar symptoms. I’ve been monitoring my blood sugar levels and haven’t had any issues so far.

I've been using Desoximetasone for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer. My eczema has dramatically improved, but I did get a bit of burning and itching at first. It went away after a few days.

I've had to switch to a different cream because of severe muscle weakness and feeling extremely tired. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor before you start using it.

Just started using it yesterday, and so far, so good! I'll keep you all updated if I notice anything unexpected—but really hoping I don't.

Same here! It worked wonders for my psoriasis, but I had to be careful not to overuse it as I got some skin thinning. Always good to moisturise after using it.

I had a bad reaction the first time I used it—a rash and hives. I had to stop using it right away and call my doctor. Not sure if it's just me or this is unusual with Desoximetasone. Be careful, everyone!

I've been using it for years without any issues. Just make sure you use it sparingly and don’t overdo it. Skin care is about patience!
