Anyone had bad side effects from Ciprofloxacin 250mg Tablets?
I've been prescribed Ciprofloxacin 250mg Tablets for a urinary tract infection. I'm hoping to complete my course without any major issues. But I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. I'm wondering if anyone has had any severe or even mild side effects? How did you deal with them? Are there any tips or tricks you can share to make the experience easier? Let me know what you think!

I had a bad reaction to a different antibiotic, so my doctor prescribed me ciprofloxacin. I didn't have any issues with it, but it did leave me with an upset stomach. My friend had a weird reaction to it, swelling all over and getting really sick, but I did not
I took it for a bad case of bronchitis. I didn't have any major issues, just a bit of an upset stomach. I still don't like that feeling.
I took it for a skin infection, and it made me feel pretty terrible. I had headaches and stomach issues the whole time. Make sure to finish the course, even if you feel better. Its important to do that
I had to take it for pneumonia a while back. The side effects weren't fun - only diarrhea for a couple of days, but it was no joke. Drink plenty of fluids and eat light to avoid an upset stomach.
I've had no side effects on 2 rounds of ciprofloxacin for UTIs. You have a 1:1000 chance of a tendon rupture, which is scary, do not do that sport you have been practicing for 30 years. I wouldnt sweat it unless you have an allergic reaction or a bad stomach.
I had to take it for a stomach infection. It made me feel super nauseous all the time. My stomach issues lasted for a month!
It's funny how people will take thousands of pills a year for things like acid reflux but one antibiotic pill and everyone goes crazy.
I had a bad reaction to Ciprofloxacin. I had to be taken off after 2 days. I got really bad diarrhea and felt lightheaded, dizzy and shaky. I felt terrible! Make sure to let your doctor know right away if symptoms start. It can cause issues much later if left untreated.
