I've been dealing with genital warts for a while now and my doctor prescribed Podofilox 0.5% Gel. I've read the basics—it stops wart cell growth and makes them shrink—but I'd love to hear from anyone who's used it. How long did it take to see results? What side effects did you experience? Any tips for application or anything else I should know? Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

I've heard some people say it's too painful to use. I had no issues, but everybody is different. Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best, I guess.

So annoying to have to apply it so often. I had a hard time sticking to the regimen. Maybe it's better for people who don't forget easily or have a solid routine.

I used this stuff and it was a bit of a pain to apply. Make sure you wash your hands after application. Took about 4-5 weeks but it worked.

I used Podofilox to get rid of warts on my hands, not on my genital area. I put some on, waited, and brushed them off. They were still there the next day, but after a few applications, they started to shrink. Hopefully, it does the same for warts in other areas.

I've had really good success with this—better than other treatments I've tried for warts. It's definitely worth a shot. Just be aware of the side effects—the burning and pain can be pretty rough. But I found it was far better than the alternative treatment I had tried.

I tried Podofilox and it worked for me. I applied it every night before bed and the warts were gone within a month. No major side effects, just some itching and redness at the site, but it was manageable.

My doctor gave this to me too. Make sure you use it exactly as prescribed and don't miss a dose. Consistency is key with this one.

Be mindful of the spreading of the gel to other areas. I accidentally got some on my fingers and it burned pretty bad.

I had a pretty severe reaction. My warts turned into these huge, red, and painful blisters. Made me feel like I had the worst sunburn ever. Had to stop using it and go to the doctor for some other solutions.
