Has anyone tried Siliq 210mg/1.5ml Inj with success? I've been struggling with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for years and have tried several topical treatments and light therapy with limited success. My dermatologist recommended Siliq, but I'm hesitant because of the potential side effects. I'm curious to know if anyone has had a positive experience with this medication and if the side effects were manageable. Also, any tips on dealing with the injection process would be greatly appreciated! I'm hoping to hear some real-life experiences and get some insight before I start this treatment.

I've been on Siliq for a year now and the only side effect I've had is some joint pain, but it's manageable with over-the-counter pain relievers. My psoriasis has improved by 80%. I'd say it's worth it. Also, make sure your fridge at home is suitable for storing the injections. Mine would thaw during a power outage so I had to get a fridge with a backup battery.

I've had no problem with Siliq. If only it were a pill, I'd pop it and forget about it. I'm just glad I don’t have to remember to inject myself multiple times a day, like I did with my other treatment. If you're worried about the injection pain, check out the numbing cream. It's a lifesaver and you can order it online.

Beware of the side effects, I had a bad reaction to the first few injections.

This thread is a goldmine. Seriously, I've been hesitant to try Siliq, but reading all the successes is reassuring. I noticed the side effects are rare, but still scary. I'll definitely chat with my doctor before starting.

I really hope you guys understand how important it is to report side effects to the FDA. I really think they don't know how bad some of these side effects are. It's important to track and report. I had mouth sores and headaches for weeks after starting and they were no joke. I'm off the medication now.

I had to switch from Enbrel to Siliq and I'm so glad I did! Others say they had issues with injection site irritation but I've had no issues. I use an ice pack to numb the area before I inject. I got the training kit with my first prescription so I knew exactly what to do.
