I was prescribed Layolis FE Chew Tablets as a birth control method and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. It's a chewable pill that combines estrogen and progestin with iron to prevent anemia. Has anyone experienced significant side effects? The list is quite long, and while my doctor assured me they're rare, I'm still a bit nervous. Tips on how to mitigate any side effects would be great, too! Also, does anyone know if it's safe to take if you're planning to get pregnant in the near future? I'm torn between continuing with it or switching to something else.

Be careful with this one. I switched to a different pill after having some serious mood changes and headaches. Definitely don't mess around with symptoms that could be warning signs for something worse.

Seriously, though, if you start experiencing any of those urgent side effects, don't wait it out. Get to a doctor ASAP. Better safe than sorry.

If you do decide to switch, make sure to give your body time to adjust. I switched from another pill to Layolis and had a rough first month with some pretty severe headaches. But it's different for everyone. I also was on the patch before this and that was a nightmare.

I've been on Layolis FE for about 6 months now and haven't experienced any major side effects. A few spotting issues here and there but nothing out of the ordinary.

Don't let the side effects scare you too much, they're rare. But do keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms. If you're planning to get pregnant soon, it might be worth talking to your doctor about switching to a different method or getting off Birth Control entirely.

I've been using it for a year now, and the only thing I've noticed is a bit of appetite changes and occasional dizziness. Not too bad. By the way, anyone else have to keep it in the fridge?
