Anyone Taking Nifedipine 10mg for Chest Pain? Share Your Experience Please

I was worried about the potential for severe side effects, but I haven't experienced any so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Dizziness can be a serious problem for some people. I've been taking Nifedipine and I've experienced some minor dizziness myself which can be annoying. So far, it's been easy enough to deal with, and it's worth it to not have chest pain. Just make sure you're careful when getting up and moving around if you experience some dizziness.

Does anyone have any tips for managing constipation? It's been a bit of a struggle for me.

I've been on Nifedipine for about a year now. It's been a game-changer for my chest pain, but I did have some bad side effects at first. Be sure to take the medication as prescribed - you don't want to miss a dose. If you do, take the missed dose as soon as you remember, but if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Also, don't stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor. It's always a good idea to talk about any new medications you're taking with your doctor before you start taking them, too. It could be really dangerous to take Nifedipine with certain other medications.
