I've recently been prescribed Trandolapril-Verapamil ER 2-240mg Tablets for managing my high blood pressure. It's a combination of two drugs: Trandolapril, an ACE inhibitor, and Verapamil, a calcium channel blocker. While my doctor seems confident in this medication, I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else had any experience with this medication? What were your side effects like? Did you notice any improvements in your blood pressure? I'd love to hear any insights or advice from others who have taken this combo.

I had to switch to a different medication because of allergic reactions. I had no idea this could happen, but it's a good reminder to always stay vigilant.

I just started taking it and I'm not feeling any different. Is it supposed to work immediately? I wish there was less info on the side effects, I'm kind of paranoid yet.

I had to stop taking it because it gave me severe dizziness. I wish I had known about this side effect better beforehand. Make sure to keep an eye on that.

My mom is on this, and she swears by it. She says her blood pressure has never been better. There is a common cold going around so I'll have to see if she has any issues.

I was worried about the persistent cough side effect, but I didn't experience it at all. I had a mild headache for a day or two, but it went away. Overall, it's been a good experience.

I had a friend who took this medication and ended up in the hospital with kidney problems. I'm glad I didn't have the same reaction, but it's scary to think about. I really hope that doesn't happen to you.

I've been on similar medications before, and this one seems to be working well so far. Just make sure to stay hydrated and monitor your blood pressure regularly.

I've been on this for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for me. My blood pressure is finally under control, and I haven't experienced any severe side effects. Just a bit of a cough at the start, but it subsided quickly. Fingers crossed it stays this way!

I can't believe some of the severe side effects listed. I've been taking it for a month and it's been fine so far, still I'm nervous.

I've had issues with similar medications and my doctor was reluctant to prescribe this one. Are you able to tolerate other ACE inhibitors?
