Zestril saved my life after my heart attack last year. I was in a bad way, and the doctors said it helped my heart recover better. No major side effects for me, just a bit of dizziness sometimes.
Dizziness is no joke, guys. Be careful when getting up from sitting or lying down. Give your body time to adjust, especially when you first start taking it.
