I've been struggling with chronic constipation for a while and my doctor prescribed Linzess 72mcg Capsules. I've read that it can help by increasing fluid in the intestines, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else taken this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Did it work for you? What side effects did you encounter? Any tips for managing them? Also, what was the transition like, switching to Linzess. Please share your thoughts!

I took Linzess for a week but had to stop because I felt extremely tired and dizzy. It was scary, but I'm glad I stopped in time.

I've been taking Linzess for a few weeks and it's been great so far, but the gas is annoying. Probably just a part of the process, though.

Linzess worked wonders for me! I had tried everything for my IBS-C, and finally, this brought me some relief. The only side effect I had was some initial stomach pain, but it went away after a few days.

I hated this stuff. I had severe diarrhea and had to stop taking it. It was awful.

I've been on Linzess for about a month now and it's been a mixed bag for me. I've had some abdominal pain and diarrhea, but I think it's getting better. It’s a bit annoying, but it is working. On the plus side, no more swollen tummy and food is moving way more easily through my body. As long as you’re keeping hydrated, you should be okay. If you feel dizzy or fainting, you should definitely call your doctor like the label says.
