These lozenges were a game-changer for me. I used them for about 3 months and gradually reduced the dosage. There were a few side effects like hiccups and a bit of mouth irritation, but nothing major. I'm now a non-smoker and feel so much better!
Who else is counting down the days until they can finally say they've quit for good? 40 more days until my goal. I think I can make it.
Be careful with these. I got a really bad rash after using them for a week. Turns out I was allergic.
I had some really bad dreams when I started using them. Like, nightmare-level stuff. But other than that, they were okay. Any tips for dealing with the dreams?
