I've recently been prescribed Terconazole 0.4% Vaginal Cream for a yeast infection. I'm a bit nervous about using it, especially because of the potential side effects. Has anyone else used this cream? I'd love to hear about your experiences—how well it worked, how long it took to see results, and any side effects you might have encountered. Also, any tips on making the application process more comfortable would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've been using and nothing seems to be happening. Any advice? I just used it twice and the burning and itching really isn't feeling better.

I think it's best to use it at night before bed. It gave me some irritation at first, but I started using a little bit of Vaseline around the opening to help with the creams dryness and it worked wonders.

I accidentally used it while on my period and it was a mess. The tampon soaked it all up and it was pointless. So try not to use it during your period or use panty liners.

This may sound weird, but I found that using a small amount of lubrication before applying the cream really helped with the discomfort. Might be worth a try.

I used this a few years ago and it worked like a charm. Took a few days, but the infection was gone. Just be careful not to get any on your clothes, it stains like crazy!

I had a really bad reaction to it. I started getting hives and had to go to the ER. Definitely worth calling your doctor if you experience any weird symptoms.

I heard from a friend that it feels like period cramps after applying the cream. Would love to hear from someone who can confirm that.
