I've been dealing with severe eczema for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Triamcinolone 0.1% Lotion. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else used this lotion? How did it work for you? What side effects did you experience? I've heard it can cause skin thinning and changes in skin color, which is worrying. Any advice on how to minimize these risks? Also, did the lotion actually help with the redness, swelling, and itching? I'm really hoping it does because this eczema has been driving me crazy.

Be careful with this stuff. I had to stop using it because of skin thinning. Pretty scary.

Have you tried any other remedies before going for triamcinolone? I feel like it should be the last resort given the side effects.

I've been using Triamcinolone for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my eczema. I apply a thin layer twice a day, and it really helps with the inflammation. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid side effects. I've had a bit of dry skin, but nothing too bad. It's worth it for the relief it brings.

My skin was a mess and triamcinolone saved me. I was careful and only applied it when it was really bad. I think that’s key. Just don’t overuse it.

I’ve used it before and didn’t have any issues. It took a few days but my skin started to feel better and the itching stopped. But I do remember my doctor saying this stuff can’t be used long term, so it’s best to consult your doctor on how long you should use it.

I’ve been using Triamcinolone for psoriasis for a few months now. It’s been a lifesaver, but I’ve noticed some skin thinning and changes in skin color. I've talked to my doctor about it, and we're looking at other treatment options. Just wanted to share my experience. Be careful and keep an eye out for any changes.

I’ve had great results with it, but honestly, the risk of side effects is a little scary. I can’t stress it enough: follow the instructions to the T. Use the smallest amount possible and moisturise a lot. I have not had any side effects but I think it’s worth the risk if you’re suffering.
