Apetigen Plus Tablets: My Experience and concerns
This is a post on my experience with Apetigen Plus Tablets. I am a runner, so you can imagine my horror when I started feeling exhausted and dizzy after a few weeks of taking this supplement. After reading the side effects, I’m thinking it could be the B vitamins or the iron. Has anyone else experienced exhaustion after starting Apetigen Plus? Any recommendations on what to do? I really enjoyed the energy boost at first, but now I am not sure what is going on. Could it be a sign of an allergic reaction or just my body reacting to the supplement?

I feel like these kinds of supplements are a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes they help, sometimes they don’t. But I agree, if you’re feeling dizzy and exhausted, it might be worth talking to your doctor.
I wouldn’t worry too much. My doctor took me off iron supplements because they can cause constipation and stomach pain if not needed.
I've been taking Apetigen Plus for a month and I feel great! No side effects, just more energy. Maybe it's just your body adjusting to the iron intake?
I’ve heard of people having allergic reactions to the vitamins. If you’re feeling dizzy, it might be worth stopping and seeing if you feel better. I will tell you that I had nausea but I figured out that I was just taking them on an empty stomach.
I had bad gas and upset stomach, but it went away after a week. Maybe your body just needs more time to adjust!
I had a bad reaction to the iron in this supplement. My stool turned green. I was scared but it went away after I stopped taking it. You might want to check with your doctor.
Or maybe it’s not the supplement at all. Have you changed your diet or exercise routine recently? Those could be factors too.
I take it for my anemia and it’s worked wonders. No side effects here. Maybe it’s something else causing your fatigue. Have you had your iron levels checked?
If you are worried about these side effects, try taking them with food. That really helped me with the upset stomach.
I get a bad taste in my mouth when I take them. It’s not fun, but I deal with it because it helps my energy levels.
