I switched to Artane from another medication because of severe side effects. This one has been much better, but I've had some issues with constipation. I've found that increasing my fiber intake has helped a lot.
I've been on Artane for a year now, and it's been a lifesaver for my tremors. The dizziness was rough at first, but it's gotten better with time. Just be patient and give your body time to adjust.
