I've recently been prescribed Kyprolis (30mg) for my multiple myeloma. I've read through the urgent and other possible side effects, but I'd love to hear from others who have taken it. What was your experience like? Did you encounter any of the urgent side effects, and if so, how were they managed? How did you cope with some of the more common issues like fatigue or nausea? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. What should I expect in the next few weeks?

My friend had to stop Kyprolis because of breathing problems. It's serious stuff, so definitely keep in touch with your doctor.

I took Kyprolis for about a year. The side effects were manageable for me, but everyone is different. I had some fatigue and nausea, but my doc prescribed meds to help with that. Best of luck to you.

I had some pretty bad muscle cramps, but my doctor was able to manage it with some meds. Hope this helps

I had a bad reaction to Kyprolis. I developed a rash and some trouble breathing. My doctor switched me to something else right away, and I was fine after that. Keep a close eye on those side effects!.

I got through my treatment by keeping a diary of the side effects I experienced, and I kept my doctor informed. I even noticed a pattern of the side effects, so I was able to prepare myself for them. It helped me stay calm and focused on my diagnosis.

You'll probably feel pretty tired at first, so pace yourself. I found that exercising lightly helped me keep my energy up. And drink plenty of water—it helps with the nausea.

I got really sore throat and mouth sores. It was brutal, but my doctor gave me some strong medication to manage the pain. Also, I was really careful about my dental hygiene, and I used a soft toothbrush after flossing to prevent infection.

I'm on my third round and so far, so good. No major side effects. I do feel pretty weak sometimes. I've found that eating small meals frequently helps with the nausea.
