Hi everyone, I recently started taking Attruby 356mg Pak to treat my transthyretin-mediated amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM). I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around all the information my doctor gave me. Can anyone share their experience or offer some advice? Specifically, what side effects have you experienced, and how did you manage them? Also, I'm curious about how well it's working for others. Thank you!

I would say give it some time. After a month, I started to feel a bit better. By the third month, I noticed a significant difference. Everyone is different, but hang in there! Feeling hopeful is the most important thing.

Can anyone tell me how long it took to see an improvement in your symptoms? I've been feeling so tired all the time. Trying to stay positive but I really want to know if the medication is going to help.
