I recently started taking Austedo 6mg Tablets to manage the involuntary movements associated with Huntington's disease. I've also heard it can help with tardive dyskinesia, a side effect of certain psychiatric medications. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'm curious to know how it has worked for others and what side effects, if any, they've encountered. I've been taking it for about a month now, and while it seems to be helping with the movements, some of the side effects listed are a bit concerning. I'm particularly worried about the potential for a prolonged QT interval, which can cause abnormal heart rhythms. Does anyone have any tips for managing the side effects or any personal experiences they'd like to share?

I started taking Austedo a few months ago and have noticed a significant reduction in my tardive dyskinesia symptoms. However, I've also experienced some changes in my menstrual cycle and some dizziness. I've talked to my doctor about it, and we're monitoring the situation closely.

I've been on Austedo for about six months now. It's definitely helped with the chorea symptoms, but I've had some nasty side effects like drowsiness and fatigue. Plus, I've been experiencing some weird vision changes, and that's really scary.

I've definitely felt some restlessness and confusion since I started taking Austedo. It's not terrible, but it's definitely there. I've talked to my doctor about it, and we're trying to see if it gets better with time. I've also been keeping an eye on my eyesight, just in case. If you experience any side effects, it's a good idea to check in with your doctor regularly.

Dry mouth is the worst! I can't believe how many times I've had to drink water just to feel normal again.
