Has anyone tried Avar-E Green 10-5% Cream for acne or rosacea? I've been using it for a week now, and my skin is on a rollercoaster of dryness and irritation. The cream contains sulfur and sulfacetamide, which supposedly helps clear pores and kill bacteria. But the side effects list is pretty scary. Anyone have severe reactions or know of effective alternatives?

I tried this but then switched to a different one where the main active ingredient was sodium Sulfacetamide and it worked much better and didn't dry out my skin.

This stuff is a lifesaver for my acne. It's a bit drying, but I mix it with a bit of moisturizer and it works fine. Just don't use it on your lips or near your eyes. Been there, done that.

I've been using this cream for a couple of months now, and it's been a mixed bag for me. One week will be great and the next I will have a bad reaction, then it will clear up again. This is a weird one.

I've been using Avar-E for about 3 months now, and it's been a game-changer for my rosacea. I started with a thin layer every other day and gradually worked my way up to daily use. My skin is so much clearer, and the redness has significantly reduced.
