I've been using Avar-E Ls 10-2% Cream for about a month now to treat my rosacea and acne. The combination of sulfur and sulfacetamide seems to be working well, but I've had some side effects like dry skin and itching. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for the side effects to go away? Also, what are the signs of an allergic reaction I should be looking out for, how bad can they get, and how urgent is it to seek medical attention? Is this likely to happen to anyone else? Does anyone have any tips on how to manage the dryness and itching? I've heard that moisturizing can help, but I'm not sure what kind to use.

I've had really good results with this cream. I've been using it for about 2 months now and my rosacea has improved significantly. I didn't experience any of the side effects listed. I know that everyone has a different experience, but I highly recommend it. It is the best thing I've tried. Does this mean that the side effects are rare?

It's worth mentioning that sulfacetamide can cause some serious side effects, such as liver problems and blood disorders. If you experience any unusual symptoms, contact your doctor right away. The side effects sound scary, but I've never had a problem with this cream. Are liver problems really a concern for everyone or just certain people?

Sulfur can be really drying, so make sure to patch test first and use a good moisturizer. I also found that using a humidifier at night helped keep my skin from getting too dry. Someone mentioned the allergic reactions, so keep a close eye on that too.

A few people mentioned the possible side effects, and I didn't know about liver problems. I'm considering trying this cream, but I'm a bit worried. Does anyone have more information about these side effects? Some people mention possible side effects, but not who they apply to. It seems like everyone's experience is so different. Do I need to worry about all of these or just watch out for a few?
