I've been on Azulfidine 500mg Tablets for about 6 months now and they've been a lifesaver for my ulcerative colitis. The inflammation in my gut has significantly reduced, and I'm finally able to live a more normal life. However, I've been experiencing some stomach pain and occasional headaches. I know these are listed as possible side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and if they went away over time. I'm also curious about how common the more serious side effects are, like liver or kidney problems. What are your experiences with Azulfidine 500mg Tablets? Have you had any issues that required medical attention?

I've heard that people with certain blood disorders need to be very careful with this medication, but I can't remember the specific details. Does anyone know more about that?

I have had some great success with Azulfidine, but I've had to be very careful with my diet. I've found that some foods can exacerbate the stomach pain and other side effects. It's also important to stay hydrated and monitor your symptoms closely. If you notice anything unusual, it's best to contact your doctor immediately. The first few weeks were tough, but I am glad I stuck with it.

This medication has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. I've had everything from mild stomach pain to some serious joint issues, but it's helped me manage my ulcerative colitis so much better. Make sure to keep an eye on any unusual symptoms and talk to your doctor if you notice anything out of the ordinary. Just stay positive and listen to your body.

I've been lucky so far with minimal side effects, just a bit of stomach pain that goes away after a while. I do worry about the serious side effects, though — any tips on what to watch out for? Other than the obvious ones, like yellow skin and eyes.
