I've been using Baclofen 40mg/20ml injection for about a year now, and it's been a lifesaver in managing my muscle spasms caused by multiple sclerosis. The injection is delivered directly into the fluid around my spinal cord, and it really helps calm down those overactive nerves. I've noticed a significant reduction in stiffness and spasms, which has improved my daily life immensely. However, I've had some troublesome side effects like dizziness and fatigue. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and how did you manage them? Curious to hear others' experiences.

Absolutely. I wish the FDA would make sure ALL side effects are known so we aren't all blindsided. The ability for us to report side effects is a great step in the right direction, but it's also a lot of responsibility for patients.

The real issue is the cost. This drug and the pump are so expensive, and insurance doesn't always cover it all. It's a huge financial burden on top of the medical issues.

I've been on Baclofen for a few months now, and while it's helped with my spasms, I've had some serious side effects like hallucinations and vision changes. I'm not sure if it's worth the risk, but my doctor says it's rare and manageable. Not sure what to think.

I've heard some scary stories about this drug, but I've also heard great things. Is it really that different from oral Baclofen?

It's crazy how different everyone's experience can be with the same drug. I've had mild side effects and lots of relief. I'm glad to hear others are having similar improvements!

Just remember to report any side effects to the FDA, even if they seem minor. You never know if it could affect someone else's experience with this drug. It's a good reminder that side effects can mean more than just discomfort. Do you have any troubles with memory loss? That's been a big issue for me.

I got the Baclofen pump last year and it has been a total game-changer. I had severe muscle spasms from a spinal cord injury, and after I got the pump, it was like someone flipped a switch. The biggest side effect I've had is drowsiness, but it's manageable. I also had the option of taking oral Baclofen, but my doctor recommended the pump because it delivers the drug directly to where it's needed, which helps with the effectiveness. I was wary of the invasive nature of the pump, but it was a small price to pay for the relief it's provided. Five stars, would recommend.

The worst part about the Baclofen pump is dealing with the pump itself. I've had some issues with the tubing getting kinked or the pump running out of batteries. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it for the relief.
