These tablets have been a lifesaver for me post-surgery. I noticed a significant difference in how I felt after starting them. The only side effects I had were minor, like an upset stomach once in a while, but it was totally worth it. Always take them with food to avoid any issues.
Be careful with the iron content. I had some pretty bad constipation and had to adjust my dosage. Definitely talk to your doctor about it.
