I think it’s really important to report any side effects to the FDA. We need to keep an eye out for each other and make sure everyone is safe.
My doctor said it was safe, but be careful when driving or operating heavy machinery. The drowsiness can hit you out of nowhere.

I took this last winter and it helped with my cough, but I felt really drowsy all the time. It was hard to function normally.
I've been taking it for a week and I feel fine. But I think the exhaustion might be a side effect. I've been sleeping a lot more than usual. It could be my body fighting the cold, though.

I had a really bad experience with this. I started feeling really weak and confused. It was scary. I had to go to the ER. Make sure to stay in contact with your doctor.
I had a friend who took this and ended up with severe constipation. It was really uncomfortable for him. I'd rather take something else next time.
I think it's great that it helps with multiple symptoms, but the list of side effects is really scary. I'd rather deal with a runny nose than risk seizures or hallucinations.
