I've been using Benzepro 5.3% Emollient Foam for about a month now to treat my acute acne. It's worked really well so far. I noticed a significant reduction in breakouts and overall skin clarity. However, I've been experiencing some side effects that have me a little worried. Has anyone else tried this foam and had similar experiences?

For starters, I've had some burning and irritation at the application site, which the instructions warned about, but I wasn't expecting it to be this intense. Additionally, I've noticed some scaling and peeling, which I didn't have before starting the treatment.

On a positive note, the foam itself is easy to apply and absorbs quickly, so it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. I've also appreciated how it helps to remove dead skin cells that can clog pores.

I would love to hear from others who have used this product. Did you experience similar side effects? How did you manage them? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've been using Benzepro for a few weeks and haven't had any major side effects. I did have some minor itching at first, but it went away after a few days. I'd recommend giving it a bit more time to see if your side effects subside.

I had a really bad reaction to Benzepro. I developed hives and had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER and was told to never use it again. Be super careful and listen to your body!

Be careful with this stuff—it can be really harsh on sensitive skin. I switched to a gentler acne treatment after a few weeks because the side effects were too much for me.

I've been on the fence about using Benzepro because of the side effects I've heard about. I'm glad to see people having some success with it, though. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

I heard that combining Benzpro with a gentle cleanser can help minimize irritation. Wonder if anyone here has tried that?

Benzepro really helped clear up my acne, but the burning sensation was intense at first. I found that applying a thin layer and letting it dry completely before putting on moisturizer helped a lot. Stick with it, and hopefully, your skin will adjust.

I had some really bad stinging when I first started using Benzepro, but it got better over time. I also noticed that my skin felt much smoother after a few weeks of use. It's definitely a tough love kind of treatment.

I used this foam for a while and noticed that it dried out my skin quite a bit. Make sure to moisturize regularly, especially if you have dry skin to begin with. Also, patch testing is key before using it all over your face.

I wish I had seen this thread sooner. I've been struggling with side effects too. I've been trying to manage the irritation with aloe vera gel, but it's a bit hit or miss.

I had no idea this stuff could cause such serious side effects. Good to know, though—safety first!
