I've been using Bepotastine 1.5% Opth Drops for about a month now to deal with my seasonal allergies. It's been a game-changer for my itchy eyes, but I've had some minor side effects like a bad taste in my mouth and a bit of nose irritation. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there are any tips to minimize these side effects. I've seen that some people have had more severe reactions, so I'm also curious to hear about those experiences and what steps were taken to address them. I've been pretty diligent about stopping use and contacting my doctor if I notice any urgent side effects, but it's always good to hear from others who've been through similar situations. Let's discuss our experiences and any advice we have for each other!

I can definitely relate to the bad taste. I tried drinking something right after using the drops, and it seemed to help. But if it's really bothering you, you might want to talk to your doctor about it. I've also heard of people using artificial tears to wash out the taste, but I haven't tried it myself.

I switched to these drops from something else because I wasn't seeing any improvement. I noticed a huge difference within the first few hours. I would check with your doctor though if you think the side effects are getting worse. My doctor advised me to not stop using the drops unless I experience something more serious.

I've had no side effects so far, but I've been diligent about reporting any concerns to my doctor. These drops have been a lifesaver for me during allergy season. The eye irritation only lasted a few days after using the drops, so I am sure the dryness will go away soon.

I've been using this for a while and had similar side effects at first. The taste and nose irritation usually go away after a few days. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any complications.

This stuff saved my eyes during allergy season, but it's true, the taste can be awful. I found that keeping my eyes closed for a minute or so after the drops helped. But I can't shake this feeling of a strange taste in my mouth.
