BiDil is a combination medicine containing two drugs, isosorbide dinitrate and hydralazine. It works by relaxing blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood. This helps to reduce the workload on your heart and improve symptoms of heart failure, especially in African American patients. However, like any medication, it comes with both benefits and risks. I've heard some concerns about its side effects and effectiveness. What are your thoughts? Has anyone here had any experience with Bidil Tablets? What were the outcomes and side effects experienced?

I think more information needs to be available for people to make informed decisions. Like, how did it help and is it worth the risk?

I have a friend who was prescribed BiDil, and she experienced a weird rash that looked like lupus. She had to stop taking it completely. It’s scary how serious the side effects can be.

My doctor prescribed BiDil for me. I've noticed that I don't get as winded as I used to. However, I have had some abdominal discomfort. Is this a common side effect? I haven't seen it listed on the packaging.

This is a life saver for my loved one. He felt like a new man after taking it. It is controlled carefully by the doctor and has not had any side effects.
