I recently started taking Bisoprolol Fumarate 5mg Tablets for managing my high blood pressure and occasional angina. The doctor explained that it's a beta-blocker that works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing the heart rate. I've been checking the list of possible side effects and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. Has anyone experienced any of the urgent side effects, like severe dizziness or allergic reactions? How about the more common ones like headaches or fatigue? Have any of you had to adjust the dosage, and how did that work out with your body? Any tips on managing these side effects? I'm also curious about how you report side effects if you haven't done this before.

The only side effect I had was a headache. It was so bad. But it's gone now. I'm fine.

I had a bad reaction to it. I got hives and a rash. Definitely call the doctor immediately if you get any of those side effects.

I've been on Bisoprolol for a while now, and it's made a big difference in controlling my blood pressure. I did experience some initial fatigue, but it subsided after a few weeks. I get the occasional shortness of breath but managing my weight and having a balanced diet helped. I would recommend talking to your doctor immediately if you experience any severe side effects. Better safe than sorry. I had to increase my dosage after a while, but it's been fine.

I started taking Bisoprolol and immediately felt a difference in my heart rate. At first, I worried about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones, but I've been lucky so far. The doctor explained that it's important to stay hydrated and avoid sudden movements to prevent dizziness.

Be careful with this medication. I had a friend who had a bad reaction, and stopped taking it immediately. If you're feeling sick or having any breathing problems its best not to wait and get help.
