I've been recently prescribed Bosentan 125mg Tablets for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). I'm curious to know if anyone else here has experience with this medication and how it has affected you. I've read that it can cause some severe side effects, so I'm both hopeful and a bit anxious. It's reassuring to know Bosentan works by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs, but I'm still trying to get used to the idea of taking a medication that has a warning for life-threatening side effects. Does anyone have any experience with the side effects? How have you handled them? Also, has anyone else noticed any improvements in their ability to exercise or a reduction in symptoms like shortness of breath? Looking forward to hearing from the community! Thanks for any insights and shared experiences.

The joint pain was brutal at first. I started taking some over-the-counter meds for it, and it's been much better.

Bosentan has helped me, but I had to deal with some major fluid retention at first. Make sure you monitor your weight and swelling closely. Your doctor should be on top of this, but you need to be on top of yourself as well. Stay vigilant.

It's amazing how many people I've found with the same condition. Everyone has different levels of success, but we're all in it together. Stay strong, everyone!

I found that taking it with food helped a lot with the nausea and dizziness. Hit or miss on the results, but worth a shot. Definitely ask your doctor before changing anything.

I've heard some scary stuff about the allergy risks. Any tips on what to watch for?

Bosentan can be tough, but the benefits are real. I used to avoid stairs at all costs. Now, I can tackle a few flights without even thinking about it. Hang in there, it gets better! Trust me.

The abnormal heartbeat is no joke. Had a major scare with it. Now, I always keep an eye on my pulse. Check with your doctor regularly.

I was really worried about the severe side effects when I started Bosentan, but so far, I've only had mild headaches and flushing. I'm lucky, I know, but it's been a relief. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I've been on Bosentan for about a year now. It's been a game-changer for me. My exercise capacity has definitely improved, and I don't get winded as easily as I used to. The side effects were a bit tough at first, especially the flushing and nose irritation, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and now I'm doing much better.
