I take these with food and it helps with the stomach issues. Worth a try if you’re having trouble.
I had a nasty allergic reaction after taking these. Swelling, hives, the works. Definitely consult a doctor if you experience anything like that.

What are the plant sterols for, exactly? Am I just imagining benefits or do they actually work?
