I've been using the Breyna 160/4.5mcg inhaler for a few months now to manage my COPD symptoms, and I've found it to be quite effective. It contains both a corticosteroid and a long-acting bronchodilator, which helps reduce inflammation in my lungs and keeps my airways open. However, I've noticed some side effects that I think are worth discussing, as well as tips I've picked up along the way.

First off, Breyna has significantly improved my breathing. I use it twice a day as prescribed, and it has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. The inhaler is easy to use, and I haven't had any major issues with it. However, I did experience some minor side effects like a slight headache and nasal irritation, but nothing too severe.

I did worry about the more serious side effects mentioned in the documentation. Something that I found a bit concerning was the rash and allergic reactions side effects. I am not sure how I would have known if I was experiencing an adverse effects if I didn't know the symptoms. I've been meticulous about checking for any signs of infection, high blood sugar, or other warning signs, but thankfully, I haven't encountered any of them so far. So far, my experience has been largely positive and the side effects don't seem to be too problematic.

If you're considering this inhaler, I would recommend talking to your doctor about your concerns and monitoring any side effects closely. For those who have used this, how have you managed any side effects? What are your general thoughts on Breyna?

I've had a good experience with Breyna but I'm also really cautious about the side effects. I make sure to keep an eye out for any signs of infection or high blood sugar. I've been lucky so far and haven't had any severe issues. I think it’s important to be vigilant though.

I've had some issues with the mouth and throat irritation but I have to say the benefits of Breyna outweigh the inconvenience. I just rinse my mouth after using it and that seems to help a lot. It’s a small price to pay for being able to breathe easier. I think the side effects are worth the improvement in breathing.

I've been using Breyna for about a year now, and I have to say, it's been a huge relief. One thing I've learned is to always keep your rescue inhaler handy, just in case. The important warning about severe breathing problems is scary, and I don't want to be caught off guard.

Breyna has been a game-changer for me too. I was skeptical at first, but after a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. I just wish it didn't have so many side effects listed, but so far, so good!

I really wish there was more information on managing side effects. I've had some issues but I'm not sure how to handle them. Does anyone have any tips or advice? I think it is important to be cautious and know what to do in case of adverse effects.

I'm glad to hear it has been working for some people. I guess my worst fears have been realized: I got a call from my doctor saying I should stop taking Breyna. I had a bad reaction to it and I am kinda scared. I didn't expect to have this reaction to a medicine I've been using for a long time. I hope this will go well for everyone else though!
