I had some redness and itching, but it went away after a week. Just be patient and give your eyes time to adjust. Definitely better than the pain and swelling I had before starting the drops. I've had to deal with eye pain and I can tell you it's not much fun.
I’ve heard from my doctor that using eye drops correctly is essential to prevent infections. I always make sure to wash my hands thoroughly and follow the instructions with Bromfenac. I had a bit of trouble in the beginning but I've now got it down pat.
