I recently underwent cataract surgery and was prescribed Bromfenac 0.07% Opth Solution 3ml to reduce pain and swelling. The drops work by blocking certain substances that cause inflammation, which has been a game-changer for my recovery. However, I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. Did you experience any side effects? How did it compare to other eye drops you've used? I've noticed some minor irritation, but overall, it's been manageable. I'd love to know if anyone else has had a similar experience or if there are any tips for minimizing side effects. This is crucial as my doctor said there might be severe side effects which I should be wary off. Additionally, I've seen some side effects like headache and redness mentioned, so I wonder how common these really are. I'll be posting updates as I continue my recovery, so if anyone has any questions or advice, feel free to share!

I had some redness and itching, but it went away after a week. Just be patient and give your eyes time to adjust. Definitely better than the pain and swelling I had before starting the drops. I've had to deal with eye pain and I can tell you it's not much fun.

I’ve heard from my doctor that using eye drops correctly is essential to prevent infections. I always make sure to wash my hands thoroughly and follow the instructions with Bromfenac. I had a bit of trouble in the beginning but I've now got it down pat.

I think this stuff is amazing. I had cataract surgery a few months ago and these drops made the recovery so much easier. No major side effects here! Just a bit of stinging but nothing major.

Has anyone else noticed changes in their eyesight while using Bromfenac? I've had some minor blurriness, but it's too early to know if it's related to the surgery or the drops.
