I was on Bumetanide for a while due to kidney issues. The dizziness was the worst for me, so I made sure to get up slowly from sitting or lying down. Also, keep an eye out for any signs of high blood sugar.
Make sure you're eating enough potassium-rich foods to balance the electrolytes. Foods like bananas, spinach, and avocados can help a lot.
It's crucial to monitor your symptoms closely. I kept a journal to track how I felt each day. It really helped me gauge if the medication was working and if the side effects were manageable.
