I've been on the Butrans patch for about 6 months now. It's been a game-changer for my chronic pain. The side effects were minimal for me – just some constipation and occasional dizziness. But the pain relief has been incredible!
Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital with some kinda serotonin syndrome. Turns out she was taking it with some other meds. So just be aware of the interactions.
I had a weird experience with the patch just causing intense itching. I didn’t know what it was at first. Turned out it was an allergic reaction. So pay attention to any unusual reactions if you decide to try it.
