C-Nate DHA 28-1-200 Capsules: Essential Nutrition for Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women
I've been taking C-Nate DHA 28-1-200 capsules since I found out I was pregnant, and I wanted to know — does anyone else experience weird green stools? I've looked it up, but I'd love to hear from other moms who have taken this. Also, does anyone have a recommendation for how to mitigate the upset stomach side effects? I've been adding Ginger to my meals, but I am still not feeling great. Also I want to talk about fish oil pills. These pills have DHA, but I've also heard fish oil pills can be better. They have 1000mg, compared to the 200mg in these pills. Has anyone tried the fish oil pills?

I take these daily, and I have a question: how do you take these? Do you take them in the morning or night, and does it make a big difference?
I've been using these for about 3 months now and haven't experienced any side effects other than a bit of nausea. The only thing I've noticed is that these pills make the smell smell terrible. If you can mask it or do something about the smell, I'd recommend doing so, or get a better smelling bottle.
Green stools are normal. It's the iron. It's pretty harmless, but you should also note that the smell might be a bit too much. It smells terrible. I don't know why they didn't use any masking agents, but I've taken worse so I guess it's fine. I'm happy with the pills so far.
Ginger helps me as well. I also found ginger chews at the grocery store. Try keeping them with you so you can chew when you need to. This worked for me when my morning sickness was at its worst. You won't need to worry about nausea or upsets after a couple of months. Relax and focus on your health. So many people told me to eat less, but the truth is, you need a lot of energy to take care of a newborn. Good luck!
I have been taking these pills for about a month now. I'm feeling energetic and healthy throughout my pregnancy. My baby has been growing and developing well, and I'm very happy with these pills. The only side effect I've noticed is the smell. It's terrible, but I don't know if it's from the pills or the iron. I guess it's just the pills.
I've been having trouble swallowing these for the first trimester. I've tried everything but nothing seems to help.
These pills have helped me a lot. I feel more energetic and healthy throughout my pregnancy. The only downside is the smell. I can't stand it anymore, so I take them in the morning to make sure I don't smell it before bed. It gets so bad sometimes, I can't stand it. Here's to hoping the benefits outweigh the side effects.
