I've been taking Calcium 500mg Tablets for a while now, and while they've helped with my bone health, I've been experiencing some constipation. I know it's a common side effect, but I'm wondering if anyone else has found a good way to manage it? I've tried increasing my fiber intake, but it's not doing much. Has anyone switched to a different brand or type of calcium supplement with better results? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I switched to a liquid calcium supplement and it's been a game-changer. No more constipation and my bones feel stronger than ever.

I've had the same issue with constipation. My doctor recommended taking a stool softener, and it's made a big difference.

I've been taking these for a while and they've really helped with my heartburn. I didn't know they could be used as an antacid too! Definitely worth it for me.

I've been taking these for years and haven't had any issues. Maybe try taking them with a full glass of water and see if that helps with the constipation?

Calcium supplements can be hit or miss. I've tried a few different brands and haven't found one that works perfectly for me yet. Maybe it's time to switch back to my old standby; antacids to neutralize acid

I've had some allergic reactions to these in the past. If you experience any unusual symptoms, definitely seek medical help right away.
