I take them with my morning breakfast. My doctor recommended I take them with a full meal as the body absorbs more Calcium in the presence of food.

I've been taking these for a few months and I've had no issues at all. I take one with dinner every night. I've noticed my nails are stronger and I feel overall better. I'm thinking of getting a bone density test to see if it's working. I've been drinking more milk too
