I took these for a while and they made me feel really nauseous. Maybe it was just my body reacting to them, but I had to stop. Anyone else had this issue?
I've read that taking Vitamin D with Calcium helps your body absorb the Calcium better. Is that true?
I take them with my morning breakfast. My doctor recommended I take them with a full meal as the body absorbs more Calcium in the presence of food.
I've been taking these for a few months and I've had no issues at all. I take one with dinner every night. I've noticed my nails are stronger and I feel overall better. I'm thinking of getting a bone density test to see if it's working. I've been drinking more milk too
I've been taking these for years and they've been great for my bone density. Just remember to take them with food to avoid stomach upset!
Be careful with these if you have kidney issues. High calcium levels can be dangerous for people with kidney problems. Always consult your doctor first!
