I've been on Roflumilast for a while and it's been a mix of good and bad. It reduces my flare-ups, but the weight loss is a real downer. (Edited: This post is in no way intended to be a replacement for medical advice.)
I wish it was a better fit for me but Roflumilast made me feel awful. Stick it out for a while though, the side effects might ease!

I switched to Roflumilast after my doctor said it would help with my chronic bronchitis. No major issues so far, just hoping it keeps working!
I tried it and couldn't tolerate the side effects, so I switched back to my old medication. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. It might work better for some people with chronic coughing.
