I recently started taking Candesartan 32mg tablets as prescribed by my doctor to manage my hypertension. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What has your experience been like? I have noticed some dizziness but am unsure if this is a common side effect. I would love some insights into how others have handled any side effects or if anyone has found effective ways to mitigate them. Also, are there any lifestyle changes that have made a significant difference in managing hypertension while on this medication? I'm open to any tips or tricks that have worked for others. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

I switched to a different medication when I found Candesartan was giving me kidney issues!

It's super important to stay on top of your blood work. I've had to adjust my dosage a couple of times based on my potassium and kidney function. Regular check-ups have been key.

I wish I had known about the kidney issues before. My doc didn't mention it much. Definitely worth a conversation with your health provider.

I've been on Candesartan for about a year now, and while it's helped my blood pressure, I've had some dizziness too. Your doctor can adjust the dosage if it's too much for you right now. This is definitely something you want to manage in collaboration with a doctor, just to be safe.

I'm on it for my blood pressure. I've always been super diligent about tracking my symptoms, from the dizziness to other side effects. My doc was able to help me adjust based on my notes from my app. But yeah, so far, it's the flu-like symptoms that really got me. It's like I'm always coming down with something.

I've been on Candesartan for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my heart failure. The dizziness was a bit of a headache initially, but my doctor advised me to take it with food and stay hydrated, which helped a lot. Also, regular exercise and a low-sodium diet have been crucial.

Candesartan has been a lifesaver for me. I used to have high blood pressure even after trying other meds. I've made sure to monitor my potassium levels, as the doctor warned me about. It's important to stick to the prescribed regimen, drink plenty of water, and maintain a balanced diet. It's been a few months, and I feel so much better! Great choice of medication.

I just started this medication and I'm already experiencing dizziness. Is it just me or is this a common side effect that you all experienced as well?

I have to be careful with the side effects, especially the dizziness. I use a pill reminder app to keep my meds on schedule, and it helps. This one is a life-saving one for me!
