I recently started taking Carbamazepine 200mg Tablets for my trigeminal neuralgia and was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this medication. I've read about the potential side effects, and while I haven't experienced any severe ones yet, I'm definitely feeling some dizziness. Has anyone else dealt with this or had other side effects? Also curious if it's helping anyone else with their conditions. How long did it take to see any results? Do you have any tips or advice you can share?

I'm on it for bipolar disorder, and it's helped stabilize my mood. Just be aware of the side effects, especially the low sodium levels. I had to adjust my salt intake.

I've been on it for a few months now for my epilepsy, and it's been a game-changer. No more seizures, but I did experience some constipation. Adding more fiber to my diet helped a lot.

Carbamazepine helped me a lot with my trigeminal neuralgia. It took about a month to start feeling the effects, and the dizziness did go away after a while. Just make sure to take it with food to avoid stomach issues.

I wish I had known about the potential for neuroleptic malignant syndrome. I had some symptoms, but thankfully, I caught it early enough.

Be careful with this one. I had a severe allergic reaction after the first dose. Swelling of the throat and all that. Scary stuff.
