I think everyone's experience is different, but it's great to hear that it's working for some people. I started getting horrible hallucinations from mine, so I had to switch meds. I miss how much it helped with my symptoms, but the side effects were too much.
The sudden sleepiness was a big issue for me. I would fall asleep randomly, which made work really tough. I ended up having to take time off until the doctor adjusted the dosage. Be careful with this one.
The first few weeks were tough, I had some nausea and vivid dreams. But after a month, the benefits in mobility were unmistakable. I had to start taking it with food to avoid the nausea, though.
One thing that actually helped me was keeping a side-effect diary. I wrote down everything I experienced and when. That helped me figure out what was due to the meds and what wasn't, and my doctor was able to adjust my dosage accordingly. It's a pain, but really useful!
