Last year, I was prescribed Cardizem 60mg Tablets (generic Diltiazem) to help manage my high blood pressure and occasional angina. It's been a game-changer, but I did have some side effects and concerns along the way. I've heard so many different things about this medication. I'd love to hear your experiences with Cardizem. How has the drug worked for you? Did you have any strange or severe side effects? Are you thinking about switching your medication or starting this one yourself? Let's discuss the pros and cons of Cardizem — I'd love to hear your thoughts! Please share any tips you have for managing side effects or dealing with an insurance company.

So, I'm a doctor, and I can tell you that it probably won't harm to take cardizem with food, but if it's working for you, might as well just do that and stop worrying. You need to do what's best for you.

Cardizem saved my life last year. I was in the ER with severe high blood pressure, and they gave me IV diltiazem to bring it down. Afterward, they prescribed me to take it orally. I've had no side effects so far. I've been on it for a few months now.

I work in health care, and I can tell you that switching to Cardizem is a big step. It can be an amazing drug for a lot of heart issues, but it can be a big deal to your body in the beginning. It makes me feel all funny, but I love it.

I was prescribed Cardizem after experiencing frequent heart palpitations. The doctor said it would help control my heart rate. I am still getting used to the drug. It makes me tired, and it's hit my bank account hard. I'm only taking half a tablet at the moment to see if it helps with the fatigue. I'd love to hear any tips from others who've adjusted to this medication!

I had to switch back to a different drug after being put on cardizem. The side effects were getting severe. I felt like I was asleep all the time. Tried to keep going but my work performance was getting affected. Maybe it'll work for other people, though. Don't give up hope!

I've been on lots of heart meds. Cardizem isn't the worst, but it's not the best either. But it does the job. I've found the trick is to take it right when I wake up and after the evening. My symptoms are much more manageable
