I've been on Cardura XL 4mg Tablets for the past 6 months to manage my high blood pressure and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Initially, I was skeptical, but I noticed significant improvements in my urine flow and blood pressure readings. However, I've had some side effects, mostly dizziness and fatigue, which are manageable. I'm curious to hear from others who have had similar experiences or different outcomes. Has anyone else struggled with these side effects? I'm also interested to know if anyone has had to switch medications due to the side effects, and if so, what did they switch to? This medication can have some serious side effects, so it's important to stay informed and vigilant.

Has anyone talked to their doctor about diet and exercise while on this medication? I've noticed that eating healthier and getting more exercise has helped with the side effects and overall health.

I had to stop taking Cardura XL because of severe dizziness. It was so bad that I couldn't even stand up without feeling like I was going to pass out. My doctor switched me to a different medication, and I'm doing much better now. It's worth considering other options if the side effects are too much to handle.

I've had some dizziness and fatigue, but it's manageable. My blood pressure is under control, and I'm not waking up every hour to use the bathroom. I did have some dizziness at first, but it went away after a bit. Definitely worth the switch from my previous medication. I also talked to my doctor about diet and exercise, and it's helped a lot.

I've been on Cardura XL for about 3 months and I've noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I did experience some dizziness and fatigue, but it was manageable. I talked to my doctor about it, and he suggested taking the medication with food and staying hydrated, which helped a lot. I also made sure to monitor my blood pressure regularly and keep track of any side effects. It's worth it to keep an open line of communication with your doctor.

I've had some fatigue and dizziness but nothing that a good nap and some hydration can't fix. My blood pressure is lower and my prostate issues are manageable now. I think it's worth the side effects if you're getting the right results.

I was surprised by how much better I felt after just a few weeks on Cardura XL. My blood pressure is under control, and I'm not waking up every hour to use the bathroom. I did have some dizziness at first, but it went away after a bit. Definitely worth the switch from my previous medication.

I've been on Cardura XL for 8 months, and so far, it's been a smooth ride. I had occasional headaches in the first month, but they went away. I think it's better to take these medications as prescribed rather than to go without the medication. The alternative is often worse. Listen to your doctor, and if the side effects are manageable, stick with it.

I switched from Cardura XL to a different medication because of the side effects. I had severe dizziness and fatigue, which made it hard to function at work. My doctor and I decided to try something else, and I'm glad we did. Everyone's body responds differently to medications, so don't be afraid to advocate for yourself if something isn't working.
