I've been prescribed Kenalog-40 Vial 1ml for my severe arthritis, and I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. The list is pretty long and scary, from allergic reactions to signs of high blood sugar. Has anyone else had experience with this? Are the side effects as bad as they seem? I'd really appreciate some reassurance or tips on how to manage them if they do show up. Thanks!

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction and ended up in the ER with severe stomach pain. Trust me, it's not worth it if you can avoid it.

I wish I had known about the possible muscle weakness and fatigue before starting this. It's a tough pill to swallow (literally).

I've had a good experience with it so far. No major issues, just a bit of restlessness at night. Keep an eye on your blood sugar levels, though. They can spike unexpectedly.

If you're experiencing any mood changes or increased hair growth, it might be worth talking to your doctor about adjusting the dosage. That happened to me, and it got better once we changed the plan.

Remember, everyone's experience is different. Some people have it easy, some not so much. Just be aware and communicate with your doctor.
