I've recently been prescribed Cayston 75mg Inh Sol/diluent 84vial to treat a Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. I've heard mixed things about it, so I'm looking for some real-world experiences. How has it worked for you? What kind of side effects have you experienced? I'm also curious about the nebulizer device—is it easy to use? Any tips for making the treatment process smoother? I'm open to any advice, positive or negative.

Has anyone else had chest pain while on Cayston? I've been having some mild chest pain and I'm worried it might be a side effect. My doctor said it could be but seems more worried about it being the infection itself.

I've been on Cayston for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver for my lung infections. The side effects weren't too bad for me—just a bit of a cough and some throat pain. The nebulizer took some getting used to, but now it's part of my routine.

I've had zero issues with Cayston. No side effects, no problems with the nebulizer. Maybe I'm just lucky, but it's been a great experience for me.

I found the nebulizer to be pretty straightforward. Just make sure you clean it properly after each use to avoid any infections. Good luck!

I wish I could say it's a walk in the park, but it's definitely a commitment. Make sure you have a good support system in place. It helps alot.

I had a really bad reaction to Cayston. I developed hives and had trouble breathing. Scariest experience of my life. I had to stop taking it immediately.

I had a really bad experience with Cayston. It caused me to have issues with breathing really soon after I took it. I had to use a rescue inhaler and it resulted in a trip to the hospital. Be careful and make sure to monitor yourself closely.

I think the side effects are worth it for the improvement in lung function. Stick with it if you can, but definitely talk to your doctor if you experience any serious symptoms.

I had a stuffy nose and some throat pain, but nothing too bad. Just make sure you stay hydrated and rest up after your treatments.

I've heard that some people prefer to use Cayston at night so they can sleep through the treatment. Might be worth a try if you're having trouble fitting it into your daytime routine.
