Diarrhea isn't fun, but it's pretty common with antibiotics. I think it's the antibiotics killing off the good bacteria in your gut.

I took Cefadroxil last year for a skin infection. I didn't have any major issues, just some mild diarrhea. Drinking lots of water and probiotics helped.
I had a severe allergic reaction to Cefadroxil. It was terrifying but I went to the ER and was fine. Definitely listen to your body, if something feels off, get help.
