I recently started using Cefoxitin 10gm Inj, 1 Vial to treat a severe bacterial infection. I've had a few side effects that I'm trying to understand better. I've been dealing with some irritation at the injection site and a bit of diarrhea, but nothing too severe yet. On the plus side, I think it's helping with the infection. I've been through this and I can tell you the side effects were intense but temporary.
I had a similar experience with Cefoxitin. The injection site irritation was rough, but it went away after a few days. Just make sure to keep the area clean and dry.
I had a bit of dizziness, but it wasn’t too bad. I just tried to rest more and take it easy. If it gets severe though, contact your doctor.
I was so worried about all the side effects, but it turns out I barely had any. Just a bit of diarrhea, but nothing I couldn't handle. Everyone's experience seems so different.
I had a mild allergic reaction to Cefoxitin. It was scary, but I caught it early and got medical help quickly. Don’t ignore any signs of a reaction, no matter how small they seem. The rash and itching were brutal.
