I've been prescribed Celebrex 400mg Capsules for my arthritis and am interested in hearing from others who have taken this medication. What has been your experience? Are the benefits worth the potential risks? I've done some reading on possible side effects, but would love more first-hand accounts. Specifically, are the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory properties effective? Is there a good alternative? How long did you take it before seeing results? Are there any other positive side effects that are worth noting?

I've been on Celebrex for a few years now, and it's been a lifesaver for my knee pain. The side effects were minimal and manageable. It’s great for inflammation, but always consult your doctor before starting a new medication.

I had to stop taking it after a month because of severe stomach pain. It was miserable. More research is needed to make it safer.

I took Celebrex for a few months for menstrual pain. It helped a lot, but I got really bad headaches. Might be worth trying for a short period for acute pain.

Some alternatives could be Aleve or Advil. I have had fewer side effects with them. But, it's always best to consult your doctor with any medication.

Celebrex has been great for my chronic pain, but I've definitely experienced some strange symptoms. If you have any kidney problems or allergic reactions, it's a no-go.

I've had some weird reactions like mouth or bladder pain, but the relief is worth it. But for me, Celebrex is the best NSAID I've used.

Celebrex is good when you need quick relief from pain, but you should use it short-term as much as possible. Otherwise, you risk serious side effects.

I asked my doctor what my symptoms meant. He said a rash, itching, hoarseness, and swelling in the throat could be signs of an allergic reaction. My experience was good, but be careful.
