Celebrex 400mg Capsules, also known as celecoxib, are a type of pain reliever and anti-inflammatory medicine classified as an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Unlike some other NSAIDs, Celebrex is selective in blocking the COX-2 enzyme, which is responsible for pain and inflammation, rather than the COX-1 enzyme, which can protect the stomach lining. While effective in treating conditions like arthritis, acute pain, and menstrual pain, Celebrex comes with a range of possible side effects. Some of these side effects are relatively mild, such as constipation, diarrhea, and stomach pain, but others can be life-threatening. It's crucial for users to be aware of these potential risks and understand when to seek immediate medical attention. Just started Celebrex for menstrual pain. So far, so good—no side effects yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Celebrex helped my chronic pain a lot, but I had to stop taking it because of severe skin reactions. It started with a rash and quickly got worse. If you notice any skin issues, stop taking it and see a doctor ASAP.

Be very careful with Celebrex. My friend ended up in the hospital with severe kidney issues after taking it for a few weeks. Always consult your doctor regularly while on this medication.

This medication is a godsend for me. I've tried other NSAIDs, but they always gave me terrible stomach issues. Celebrex was much kinder to my gut. I did have some mild constipation initially, but it went away after a few days.

I've been on Celebrex for years with no issues. Make sure to take it with food to avoid stomach problems. Also, regular blood tests are a must to monitor kidney function.

Celebrex works great for pain, but the side effects are no joke. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor to weigh the risks and benefits.

I had a really bad allergic reaction to Celebrex. It was terrifying—hives, swelling, and difficulty breathing. I went to the ER immediately. Definitely not worth the risk for me.

Wondering if anyone has had issues with high blood pressure while on Celebrex? I've noticed a slight increase in my BP readings.

Just a heads-up: Combining Celebrex with alcohol can increase the risk of stomach issues and bleeding. I learned this the hard way. Stick to water while on this med!
