I switched to Celecoxib from another NSAID because of kidney issues. I've had kidney problems in the past, so I was nervous about trying a new medication. I take it with food, stay hydrated, and monitor urine output regularly and haven't had any issues.
I've had a pretty good experience with Celecoxib, but I've had a bit of dizziness and high blood pressure. I had to monitor my blood pressure more regularly, but it's been manageable. Otherwise, I love its anti-inflammatory effects.
I've had a pretty good experience with it. I take it for menstrual cramps and it's been a game-changer. Just make sure to stay hydrated and take it with food to avoid stomach issues.
