I've been using Ceralyte 70 Natural Powder to help with dehydration caused by diarrhea and vomiting. It seems effective, but the side effects list is quite alarming. Has anyone else used this, and if so, did you experience any adverse effects? I'm particularly worried about the signs of fluid and electrolyte problems like mood changes or seizures. It's crucial to know if these are common or rare. I tried making a post about this on Facebook but didn't get much response, so I figured I'd try here.

I don’t understand why they list so many side effects if rare and I couldn’t even pronounce half. Seems like a scare tactic to me

It's always a good idea to have this stuff around, especially in situations where you might not be able to get immediate medical attention. Just be smart about it. Prevention is key. And if you're going to use it, be mindful of all potential side effects, the important ones can catapult you into deep trouble.

I had a bad experience with something similar. I ended up in the ER with severe dizziness and weakness. Turns out it was an electrolyte imbalance. Now I'm paranoid about using anything like this again.

I used this powder when I had a bad bout of food poisoning. It definitely helped with rehydration, but I did feel a bit dizzy afterward. I assumed it was just from the dehydration though. Now I'm not sure if I was too relaxed about it. Anyone else had similar experiences?
